Will this change in diet and exercise routine be okay for me?

I typically workout everyday for 20-30 minutes in the morning and eat pretty sensibly. However, the next few weeks are going to be very busy for me and my mom was just telling me how sleep is more important (I’ve been getting 5-6 hours of sleep during the weekdays because I sleep kind of late and wake up early for the workouts). Would it be alright if I eat a pretty strict diet (as in super healthy haha) and workout just 2-3 times a week (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)?
Am roughly 115-116 lbs, 18 years old, and 5′6.
