		<description>The worst thing you can do is skip meals - it makes your blood sugar go kaboom when you do eat, and lowers your metabolism so your body starts burning the calories in your body slower.

If the body knows you're going to be feeding it every 2 to 3 hours it will stop storing extra food and burn off what you're putting into it faster.
