Bikini body by april?
I’m going on holiday with my family in April to Egypt and i want to get into shape,
I’m 19 years old and im not sure exactly how much i weigh but i think its around 130. I’m 5 foot 1 and i look bad.
The areas i want to work on are my stomach, thighs, arms and butt but i want to generally tone up all over. I don’t have access to a gym but i have an exercise bike at my house.
I snack on alot of junk food at the moment, as you can probably tell from the pics and evening meals are usually meat with chips or takeout, i can normally get out of takeout but home cooked ones I have to eat because i still live with my family.
For breakfast I have two cereal bars and lunch i normally have a sandwich, crisps, chocolate and a tangerine.
Will I be able to lose weight and get a bikini body by april ?
and how will i do it? what will i need to eat and what exercises and how much will i have to do?
I’m willing to change my Diet alot and exersise but i dont know where to start? help ?

You’re not that far off, just don’t overdo it. Tips:
If you want to kick your metabolism into overdrive it will take work:
1. Eat about 6 small complete meals throughout the day (Grains, protein, fruits, vegetables) spaced out about every 2-3 hours. DO NOT BINGE EAT!
2. Be as active as you can. Nothing to do for 10 minutes? Knockout 10 elevated push ups.
3. Eat some spicy foods, take a lot of vitamin C, and drink between a half gallon and a whole gallon of WATER a day.
4. No more soda. Ever.
5. If you do drink coffee, drink it black.
6. Do at least 35 minutes of cardio straight at least once a day, at least three times a week, more if you are not trying to put on muscle.
7. Do a large amount of full body exercises whenever possible (Pull-ups, Chin ups, dips, squats, power cleans)
8. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night, but no more then 9.
9. Avoid anything deepfried, white bread, sprinkles, and any refined sugar.

Just start counting calories, try sticking to 1500 per day. Add in exercise, stay away from fried foods and sodas. As long as you have at least 1200 and not more than 1500 you will be okay. Go jogging/running for 30 mins 5 times per week. Or you can do aerobics like Tae-bo from home 5 times a week. Just keep it up and you’ll lose weight. good luck

You could try using weight loss products like patches or teas that will help aid your weight loss.

I know a lot of them don’t work but there are a few established slimming uk websites that have all there products trialled and tested before even putting them on the market.
I previously used slimshot slimming drink to help me drop two dress sizes in one month and now I feel fantastic!!

Most people don’t realize how much waste can be trapped inside our bodies. Experts estimate that most people have 10-15 of waste trapped to the inside of their colon walls. Imagine how unhealthy this is with all these toxins sitting inside us. Oprah had a guest on her show that talked about how we need to make sure that we clean our bodies of this rubbish.
