		<description>Your a funny ass.  Christ in heaven, if you look like that first dude you'd better start by eating a sandwich. Sylvester Stallone has a great book called Sly Moves.  I thoroughly enjoy it.  And I have another book called 50 Ways to Gain Muscle Fast by Dave Tuttle.  Don't get obsessive.  Just strive for some definition.  Cathe Freidrich on Fit TV is a ballbuster.  Those women are sstrong as oxes and have been an inspiration.  Lay low on Cardio if your starting out a garter snake.  Healthfood stores have all kind of gainers.  I use a great whey isolate protein powder from Bodybuilding.com.  It's sweetened with Stevia and gives me what I need.  Love yourself as you are...and strive for improvement out of self-love.
