Is anyone doing the Cambridge Diet?

I am on day one of the diet. I feel OK, I have read blogs of people who felt awaful on day one but ive been fine. I was just looking for some buddying to be honest. If anyones just started recently or is thinking of joining please get in touch.

Please do not make the mistake i did and waste all your money on this Diet. I lost 3 stone in 8 weeks and although i was pleased at the time two years down the road im up by 3 stone. Its so dangerous it should not be allowed. Im not going to stat listing all the pros and cons of quick fix diets everyone knows them.

All you need to do is eat healthily with the occasional treat and exercise more. Its finally working for me. Slow and steady wins the race remember that.

Permanent weight loss can only be achieved by exercise, all methods of diet are only temporary solutions and more often than not what you loose during the period of dieting is put back on when the diet ends.

In fact dieting puts your body into starvation mode and every chance the body gets to store food it does.

Depression during dieting is your body telling you your doing something wrong.

Your body rewards you when you exercise by making you feel good.

    Eat healthily and exercise !

Hi i am on week four and the first day was fine because i was determined to do well. the second and third day are harder but just keep in mind that by day three you will be in ketosis. Ignore people who tell you it is bad for you because it has all your daily recommened allowance of vitamins in it. I have been doing it for ages now and i feel fab. i had headaches in the first week but they went once i was detoxed. Ketosis is your best friend, it will stop you from feeling hungry. Also when your ready to stop the diet, your consultant will build you back up to the full daily calorie amount. that way it wont go back on.

Good luck, Email me if needed x
