Stop complaining about other people saying things to you if you do it yourself. Since when did we not have a fattening diet? lol. Indian food is not well known for being healthy or anything. It is not like comparing Japanese and American cuisines, where the difference is so stark. Many indians are vegetarian, sure, and there are foods (e.g. daal) that is not bad. But, I am guessing you do not know how to cook Indian food if you are saying something like this. I cook Indian food all the time, the amount of ghee, spices, salt, sometimes cream, coconut, and sometimes an emphasis on meat, and all the fried foods and breads you can make is just not super healthy. Obviously, moderation is always the key, I am just saying there are many unhealthy aspects of Indian food.
