Why wont my belly fat go away?

I’m a 19 year old male, i work out regularly- consisting of cardio, and a lot of upper body weight training, i take iso flex protein which is supposed to help me in my weight loss goals according to all the fitness blogs, and I eat a healthy Diet, but no matter what i do I’ve always had a big stomach. i mean, it hangs over my belt and the rest of me is toned beautifully. What can I do to get rid of this thing?

    Hi,
Without more information it is hard to give you exact details but here is a guide to losing belly fat fast.
Firstly, cardio will not do it. You need a combination of interval cardio training with full body strength (muscle building) workouts to build muscle that speeds up your metabolism and burns energy. You want your strength workouts to be aimed at getting your heart rate up and building lean muscle all over. Lighter weights with more reps are better than trying to build bulk with heavy weights and less reps. The goal is to lose body fat first and if you want to bulk up later after the body fats is gone then that is your choice.

With your diet, you should eat the following way
-Calorie controlled - 500 calories less than your energy output (calculate on free calorie calculator online - make sure you include your workouts so you fuel your body and don’t send into starvation mode so it holds on to the fat)
-5 meals a day (eat every 2 hours - very important)
-Each meal is equal in calories (Calories per day divided by 5)
-Each meal must contain MUFA’s (see sources for MUFA list), protein & Low GI carbs
-NEVER eat - processed foods, sugars, sodas, high GI foods, white foods (flour, bread, pasta, potatoes), minimize vegetables that grow in the ground due to higher sugar levels
-Drink 1 litre per 30kg’s body weight per day ie 90kg = 3 litres (work up to this over a couple of weeks)
-Focus on raw carbohydrates (not cooking or overcooking vegetables)
-Lots or green or red vegetables
    -Lean protein
-Avoid low fat as usually means more sugar!

This is a recipe for fast belly fat loss. Good luck
