Ideas for breakfast on the nothing white diet. stomach gets upset in the morning if eating only protien?
I want to start the nothing white diet but I can not find menus. I know its no carbs or sugar right?
Breakfast is going to be hard. I have stomach issues and usually cant eat meat in the morning.
Any suggestions?
Nothing white isn’t a no-carb diet. It’s a no refined-carb diet. So no white pasta, white bread, potatoes, white rice, sugar, white flour. It’s wholegrains instead; wholegrain pasta, rice, cereals, etc.
It’s actually a fabulous Diet and encourages using healthy carbs rather than the usual crap. So I don’t know what you eat in the morning, but if you had a wholegrain cereal with fruit, you’d be fine.

I’m not sure if this would really help, but…
I eat an egg white omelet in the morning. You can fill it up with whatever you’d like. I usually fill it with vegetables and turkey, but you don’t have to if you don’t want to. It’s really good

Don’t know of the specific diet you speak of, but it sounds dangerously similar to the adkins diet which is dangerous and unhealthy. The best way to lose weight safely and be healthier is to balance your meals 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat. You need carbs to give you energy… especially at breakfast time and before and after working out!

You can eat carbs. They just can’t be "white" (processed). You can have a slice or two of non-white breads (check the ingredient label to make sure there’s no sugar, HFC (high fructose corn syrup), processed wheats etc…
