		<description>Nothing white isn't a no-carb diet. It's a no refined-carb diet. So no white pasta, white bread, potatoes, white rice, sugar, white flour. It's wholegrains instead; wholegrain pasta, rice, cereals, etc.

It's actually a fabulous diet and encourages using healthy carbs rather than the usual crap. The best way to lose weight safely and be healthier is to balance your meals 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fat.
