In a diet i know eggs for breakfast is good so do breakfast hot pockets count?
I really dont like eggs but i recently found that i love love love breakfast hot pockets. the have egg cheese and ham or egg cheese and bacon and i get lean pockets so theres only like 7 grams of fat. are those a good enough source of eggs??
They have a lot of preservatives.
Try this: Take a whole wheat tortilla, scramble an egg or two, whatever your taste is, and throw in lowfat natural cheese, chopped onions, peppers, and other light veggies, sprinkle on salt and pepper, and eat with a banana and a glass of milk. Delicious, fresher, and infinately healthier than any Hot Pocket!

Definitely not. I just went to their website and looked up the nutrition information for their lean breakfast pockets. It has cholesterol, high sodium, and saturated fat ( and im sure it has perservatives). NOT a good idea for a healthy breakfast. If you don’t like eggs, you can have oatmeal or whole grain cereal for breakfast. ( or try eating your eggs a different way) i hope i helped
