		<description>First of all if you eat a lot of fattening food and drink a lot of pop, 

start cutting back on the amount of pop u drink, and drink water instead.  I was amazed how much weight I lost when I cut my pop out of my diet.  

Eat less food, but eat often, this way you will less likely to snack on junk food. 


Do not eat after 9pm.
