		<description>Nobody wants to hear this, but there really is no quick way to lose weight fast – especially in your stomach area.  I would not suggest sticking to a strict diet, but watching your portions and what you eat and what time you eat it.  Try eating a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits.  Drink plenty of water (1/2 of your body weight in oz.) each day.  Limit your sugar intake and stay away from a lot of white starches such as bread, potatoes, rice, etc.  Do one hour of cardio per day and do some weight strengthening as well.
