Try these two. 1. Instant oat meal. Raisins, walnuts and dates is very good. A banana and a cup of green tea. 2. Three eggs scrambled or just egg whites, half cup of fat free cottage cheese topped with a half cup of sliced peaches and a palm size portion of sliced almonds. Both are somewhat filling, very little fat, natural sugars, omega 3's and anti oxidant power. Not heavy and loaded, may not even fill you up, but both are full of nutrients and will carry you till you're next meal, three hours later.
For later on. A Salmon stake, baked or in the microwave, black beans over brown rice and treat yourself with a little sour cream on the beans and rice. A snack later. Blueberry yogurt with live active cultures. If it doesn't say that on the label they're not in there. These active cultures are digestive enzymes, 10 million of them to be exact. Very good for keeping you regular and settling the stomach. Eat one each night before bed and let it's slow release work during the night.
References :
regular flavored instant oatmeal, better yet oganic rolled oats or steel-cut oats.
quaker makes organic quick oats, but if you can get "Bob's Old Mill" they are the best. put some Bob's brand flaxseed in the oats and you'll be shedding inches like crazy.

High fibre cereals are also a good choice, stuff like All Bran.... if your really bold you can make a bowl of Steel cut oats with flaxseeds and All Bran buds.... but i wouldn't suggest it unless you have the option to go to the little boy's room whenever it strikes.

When all else fails, eat fresh fruit and have a glass of milk. or have a piece of whole wheat bread and a protein shake. what you want is to have protein and fiber and not much or no sugar at all and you don't want to eat until you are full. being full on sugary stuff from breakfast will make you sluggish for hours
