I bike ride and run for a total of an one hour and thirty minutes, still no weight loss?
I ride my bike everyday for an hour and run on the treadmill for 30 minutes too and only consume about 1200 calories a day and I am still not losing any weight? Am I doing something wrong?

you’re probably not eating enough. with an hour and a half of intense aerobic exercise you should aim to consume at least 1500 calories daily. any less and your body may go into starvation mood (since you are exercising a lot but eating little) and slow your metabolism down since physiologically your body is assuming a famine is occurring and will cling to every pound in fear of starvation. once you start eating a bit more the pounds should begin to come off.
