Does the cabbage soup diet work?

Hey, i’m a bit overweight and i just want to lose a few kilos, how many do you reckon i could lose by going on the cabbage soup diet for a weekend? Or is it better to go on it for a week?
What should i do after to maintain that weight?

There are different Diets for different people. If you are serious about maintaining your weight you need to test different foods and see what they do for your body. The cabage soup diet might hinder you more than help seeing as only eating the soup would prohibit your body from partaking of the vital vitamins and nurients it needs.
Try eating more porportional meals, make sure that you have carbohydrates for breakfast or a grain, then maybe some protein for lunch ( meats, fish, nuts ect). And maybe something cleansing with your main meal, like a salad or a hearty vegetable. If you have healthy snacks between meals you are less likey to overeat ( same thing with not skipping meals). Limiting yourself with just one food not only harms your body, but also has the risk of intensifying your cravings.

Ps. please try to avoid using experimental diet pills, unless recomended to you by your personal physician, seeing as the pill might react badly to your system.

I became overweight until I checked out acai berry, I understand they say that pills don’t work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they’ve been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too. There is a free trial going on right now at http://rinibs.bobcentury.com , why not check it out, how worse could it make things?
