How to make cabbage soup for my diet?

I’m going on a cabbage soup diet but I dont know how to make the soup…plz dont laugh at me because i dont know how..i know its somthing like cabbage+water+tomato sauce=cabbage soup diet but i want to know exactly what to use in it and how to cook it….
