can a healthy diet with more calories than a less healthy diet make one lose weight?
when I eat healthy I usually eat more calories due to not being satisfied. how do I become satisfied when eating a healthy Diet? should I abandon the healthy diet for a more satisfying lesser calorie diet?
by saying more satisying I mean less healthy diet
You can only lose weight if you are consuming less calories than you are burning. You could lose weight from a calorie dense diet if you follow the above rule. The problem with calories dense diets is that there is less room for error. You could probably eat more if you do rigorous exercise. It increases your appetite and the deprivation would reduce.

All weight loss is about using more energy than you put in. You could try eating more during the day while you are up and doing things then maybe you would not be as hungry at night. Also I try to brush my teeth not long after my evening meal and then just keep a bottle of water near me while watching TV. Stops me from grazing in the evening.

Theoretically, you can loose more weight by eating badly but also consuming less calories. Heck, you could eat 1200 calories of sugar vs 2400 calories of just veggies and fish(baked no less). But, there is more to being healthy than calories. You want make sure you are building good eating habits that you can continue lifelong. If you cut your diet to nothing but lettuce and carrots you will lose weight. You will also be miserable. Also, you can’t keep that up forever.
Concentrate on eating healthy meals three times daily. Make sure you have breakfast. Also, make sure you prepare as much of the food as possible. Make sure you have healthy snack food so that you are eating something on the right list every 3 hours throughout the day. That way you are never hungry, and you choose your meals without cheating. I eat all day long and don’t gain. I try to load up on good, filling snacks and my wife and I bake and stir fry mostly. I really don’t remember the last time I fried anything. Look online for healthy recipes, or get a recipe book. Healthy food taste good if you know what you’re doing. Eat and apple, stay away from sodas, cut back on fruit juices, no fried foods, plan ahead, plan a cheating snack here and there, etc….
But, don’t forget the other half of the equation, exercise. Exercising will help burn calories and is also good for you mentally. Find an activity that you enjoy that burns calories. I run, bike, lift, swim, play tennis, and other stuff. I find these activities fun and exciting. So, they aren’t chores. Well, most of the time anyway.

Anyone looking for a weight loss pill should really consider the Acai Berry. Many people claim to have lost 40-50 pounds in a couple months while using Acai. 60 Minutes and Oprah have even featured it on their shows. Dr. Oz said it is a Super Food and is full of vitamins and anti-oxidents.
