I am going to assume that you are 15 years and 10 months and that you mean 5 feet 9 inches rather than 5 feet and 3/4 of an inch this would give you a current BMI of 21.8 which is normal. At 5 feet 3/4 inch your BMI would be 28.1 which is a bit heavy.
At 8 1/2 stone your BMI would be 22.7 which is fine at 5 feet and 3/4 inches but underweight at 5 feet 9.
weight loss is a very individual characteristic and no 2 people lose it equally even with similar Diets and exercise levels.

First mistake - skipping breakfast. Breakfast is VITAL to weightloss. Even if you just eat an apple, you’re eating. THIS is the time when you should load up on the proteins.
Second mistake - eating too few calories. You aren’t doing your body justice by not eating enough. Each some cereal or fruit at dinner isn’t enough, especially considering you didn’t have anything substancial earlier in the day.
Third mistake - eating too late. You need to eat before 6:00. Give your body a chance to digest!!
Fourth mistake - doing too much activity in a day. Exercise is great. However, overdoing it isn’t going to do any favors here. Focus on an hour of exericse post school. Do maybe 30 situps and 20 pushups to warm up, then go on the cross trainer for 30 minutes and then cool back down with a light job for another 10.

your diet is too restrictive nutrition wise. you also skip breakfast, which is breaking the cardinal rule of successful dieting: three to five small meals a day. you will starve, and then binge. do some more research.

if you followed this diet regime i think you could lose the 2 1/2 stone by early may.
major problem though YOUR NOT GOING TO FOLLOW IT and you’d be exausted if you did.
you should eat fruit or yoghurt for breakfast, your current lunch, veggie salad after school and a proper balanced dinner with protein(meat or beans) and veg once a day
with your exercise and the diet i described you could lose a stone by early may
do you want to lose a stone or nothing?
