Is there a generic cookie diet that actually works?

I’ve tried the cookie Diet but I can’t keep up with the cost. Has anyone run across a cheaper one?

YES! YES! YES! They are called R&D Diet Cookies. They don’t call themselves "cookie diet" because of trademark problems but… they work the same. They actually taste better and I also really believe they work better. Much, much, cheaper! You can find them at:

no…it can be low on calorie or sugar but they substitute it with different thing…diet works depending on the person…it is always been trial and error, do not be afraid to try different ways or combine them until you find a way that will suit you, your budget and your schedule…
