Trying to diet but my parents keep buying pie and cookies and pudding..?
<.< I told them i’m trying to Diet
and i’m only 15
i ask my parents to get fruit and what not
buuutt nooo they just buy tons of candy
and pie
and pudding -_-
mostly pudding and candy >.>
but do you peoples know how hard it is to eat healthy when your mom makes cookies pretty much daily?
sooo any suggestions to help me out?
Well, just ask them to buy YOU something healthy such as fruits and vegatables. If they deny you fruit and vegetables then they are not really good parents.

Its up to you to make it clear to them what your doing.Think positive and keep the word ‘motivation’ in mind.

My parents do that. Like when I tried being a vegetarian and my mother offered me a chicken tikka masala. Its hard, use a thing called WILLPOWER, personally I can’t talk because i took the curry and ate every last scrap of it
So just do the opposite to me, USE IT.
Don’t diet anyway unless your like… Really fat (No offence) or unhappy with your physical appearance…., I’m sure your not anyways. Try and have a word with your parents.

that really sad how your own paerents rnt supporting u in ur weight loss goals.. so just dont eat what they do. its gonna take willpower, but just dont eat all the cookies, and go out and buy some fruits and veggies.

I KNOW .. Don’t you just hate that?
i’m 15 and i’m on a diet too .. and it’s not only about cookies and pudding .. +_+ they actually eat out every two or three days .. and when they come home , the bring a take away food .. and i’m like "I’m On A Diet People" but i end up eating what they brougt any way .. ^^"
The point is .. just try what i finally decided to do .. First get out of the room .. use the computer or go to the internet "and choose me as best answer =)” any thing that will take your mind out of it..after that , if you are gonna eat any DANGEROUS snack .. wait for 10 minute .. if your desire for it was gone .. then YOUR FREE .. but if your still want to eat it .. try drink 1-2 cups of water .. that will shrink the amount that you will eat ..
Or just try to imagine your self after you can finally fit into your old blue AWESOME jeans again .. i’m sure you will do what i do when i think of that and throw the cookies back into the plate and grab some apple slices..and Eat Them Happily

You can lose weight eating anything, it’s all about how many calories you eat. Unfortunately, you’re going to have to work around the food in the kitchen. Learn the calorie content of the food in the house and count calories daily. It’s not as good for you, and it takes more willpower, but you can still lose the weight.

don’t be rude or ungrateful and don’t use the word diet…you are far too young to diet. but eating healthy is a great idea. Maybe sit down with your parents and let them know that you would really like to start out eating healthy young. What you eat as a child can very much so shape your eating habits into adulthood.
