What are some really easy diet rules for me to lose weight?
I am on a mission to lose 15 pounds. I want to create healthier habits for the future. I want to lose weight THE RIGHT WAY and I want to KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF. Any surefire, super easy tips/tricks to lose the pounds?
I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and several of the things I did were, quit all sodas, drink lots of water, eat more fresh foods instead of stuff in boxes. Replace the unhealthy snacks with healthier ones. Instead of Ice cream grab a yogurt, instead of candy bar, cereal bar (whole wheat).
One of the biggest things for me was getting rid of white breads and going whole wheat for everything.

easiest tip…don’t drink soda. not even diet. theres so much sugar in soda and it all turns into fat.
keep yourself full all day. eat 6 very small balanced meals instead of going hours without eating. the longer you dont eat, the more you’ll cram when you finally do sit down to a meal.
drink a lot of water to help flush your body.
if you need to munch…try alternative munchies. like….instead of chips, grab pretzels. or instead of a candy bar grab a granola bar.
these are easy things to follow and they do help out in weight loss along with helping you form new and better eating habits
