What sort of diet and exercise should I be doing if I want to lose 10kgs?
I am 5′3" and weigh 73kg. I’ve never been on any sort of Diet before, I currently eat a mixture of lean beef, salmon and garden salads with balsamic vinegar.
I’m not doing any sort of exercise routine at the moment, but I’m joining a gym next week. Does anybody have any sort of tips to help me to lose the weight?

I recently read an article in Time magazine that said simply working out was not helpful in losing weight, you have to watch what you eat as well. Most people will work out for 30 min and then reward themselves for working out by consuming an unhealthy snack that just puts the calories back on. It is important to exercise for your health, it helps prevent many diseases but you also need to eat a low calorie, nutritious diet.
