What are some 6 pack abs diet foods that I can eat on the go?
Just in case I’m away from home and in my car I can keep my metabolism up without worrying about missing a meal. Can you name some foods that I can bring with me that are good to eat and are not harmful to my 6 pack ab Diet progress?
Beef jerky, fruit, nuts, veggies, low/no sugar protein bars, whey protein (get a shaker cup), etc.
Also meats like grilled chicken (make on a foreman grill, store in the fridge then just put in a food storage container inside a insulated lunch bag/pail.
