Maybe it’s due to our ‘life in the fast lane’ schedules – too much to do, not enough time in which to accomplish our to-do list and a good dose of daily stress – but the fact is that high blood pressure is epidemic in today’s society. Every time you visit the doctor, your weight and blood pressure readings are sure to be taken as a matter of course for the doctor’s examination.
See the below website for more tips ..it may help you!!

The best diet to lower blood pressure involves eating less (or none) of those things that increase blood pressure, such as: highly processed foods, food with trans-fat & saturated fats (i.e. fried foods and pastries)), table salt, excessive alcohol and caffeine.
Things to eat more of those things that help reduce blood pressure such as: celery, tomatoes, onions, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, oatmeal, oat bran, apple cider vinegar, dark chocolate (70&+ cocoa), red wine (a glass a day), cayenne.
You can supplement your diet with hawthorn tincture, vitamins C, multivitamins, folic acid, cod liver oil, ginseng, ginkgo bilboa.
If you can’t live without salt get the unprocessed sea salt. The best is harvested in Brittany and is called Sel de Guerande - available online. It’s full of essential nutrients and is good for you in moderation.
Follow this diet outline and couple it with daily exercise and your blood pressure should begin to drop in a few weeks and continue to go down to healthy levels.
It worked for me.
