does anyone have workout guide and an awesome healthy diet guide?

I was fat in sophomore year and through summer lost A LOT of weight (i have no idea how)..I went from border-line 200lbs to 145lbs!!! i kept healthy through my last two years of high school..I even took zero period P.E. (exercises at 5am!!) i wasn’t ripped or for that matter had an outline of muscles, i was slim. I sort of liked how i was..slim, i looked nice in suits b/c i didn’t have fat squeezing from the sides trying to breath. now out of high school…I really let myself go, I’m at 168lbs!!! I want to shed some pounds w/o using muscle supplements..i want pure, natural workout. I don’t care if it takes years this way to get ripped or semi-ripped. i just want my sides gone.I want a workout sheet (personal or not) with satisfying results. please, reply to this….and does anyone know of a healthy Diet…one used personally and got results. Thank you!!!!!!

How you lost 55 pounds: you either skipped one of the three meals you ate a day or you had a growth spurt or both. If you work out enough you won’t need to worry about your diet. How I think about it is if I work my ars off in the gym lifting til I feel like I’m going to die, then I can totally just pig out all day and nothing will happen and plus I’ll even develope bigger muscles so I win all around.

    How you lost 55 pounds: you either skipped one of the three meals you ate a day or you had a growth spurt or both. If you work out enough you won’t need to worry about your diet. How I think about it is if I work my ars off in the gym lifting til I feel like I’m going to die, then I can totally just pig out all day and nothing will happen and plus I’ll even develope bigger muscles so I win all around.
