		<description>How you lost 55 pounds: you either skipped one of the three meals you ate a day or you had a growth spurt or both. If you work out enough you won't need to worry about your diet. How I think about it is if I work my ars off in the gym lifting til I feel like I'm going to die, then I can totally just pig out all day and nothing will happen and plus I'll even develope bigger muscles so I win all around.
