best diet when exercise and calorie counting doesnt work? help!!?
hi. ive been having a hard time losing weight. im 5′5" and 21 yrs old. i started out in may (it is now july) going to the gym almost 5 days a week, being there on the tredmill for 45 mins and weight training for a half hour.. then doing the sauna. i started out at 160 lbs. i used slimquick diet pill for a month, with almost no results. i weigh 155 now. i wear a size 7 or 9 pants and i want to wear a size like 5. my problem area is my love handles (how is it possible to have an almsot flat stomach with love handles?!) i stopped using slimquick bc i figured it was the Diet and exercise that helped me lose weight. its taking forever, ive only lost 5 lbs in 3 months. i dont eat a lot.. i never have, and ive been trying to stick to fruits and veggies a lot more lately and buying reduced-fat everything. i cant seem to lose any weight even tho im working really hard at it. someone, please help me!
Slimming pills didn’t work for me either.
I managed to lose weight and improve my health by eating right and exercising. Just note that reduced fat products contain a lot of sugar and simple carbs and they will not hep you lose weight.
Try these
1) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
(low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
4) Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt.
5) Choose an exercise that you like and will do for life.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and an hour brisk walk every weekday morning.
And I am still at 108 lbs since I lost 31 lbs one year ago.
