Can anyone help build me an exercise program/diet to fit my needs?

i don’t want to lose weight, but i do want to lose fat and replace it with muscle. i don’t want to be too bulky, just toned and healthy. i am 5′2 and 110 lbs with a 20% body fat percentage. i don’t know what i should do or eat to achieve my goal so if anyone can help me, i would be very grateful.

Use military calestenics: Push ups, sit ups, jump jacks, squat thrusts, kick outs, and running.

    You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn’t think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
