Can anyone help me create a strict diet and excersise program?
Im 17 year old female, 5′0 and weigh a little over 150 lbs.
I would like to lose about 30 pounds by next summer
I will appreciate all the help, thank you and only serious answers only.

You can lose that weight in 3-4 months… which is only a season! (Probably 4 months)
According to you’re weight, You should consume about 2,000 calories a day. Replace unhealthy foods with healthy foods… and keep those calories in mind. If a certain food doesn’t have the Nutrition Facts to tell you the calories, then go to calorieking.com and just calculate it there.
Exercise 7 days a week 30 minutes-1 hour.
Its really that simple. But for those who really need the motivation, you can try weightwatchers or a paid program if you want to.
