Can anyone help me out with a diet that actually works!!?
im 15, about 5′10 and weigh over 300lbs.
Ive been huge all my life! everytime I try to lose weight nothing ever works! there arent alot of Diets out there that work for me. I am really desperate and will try just about anything. if anyone out there could help me I would appreciate it.
Im 15 yrs old about 5′4 and my current weight is 235….i kno exactly how you are feeling. it sucks big time and i have tried everything LITERALLY!!!! From good to bad and i finally found something that i notice works its call full bars go to fullbar.com and read about it its not as expensive as those others on tv u can get a choco bar for 3 bucks, and like a 6 pack of bars or or a snack pack thing and they have full water too….the pack and bars that is 6 is only like 11 bucks and for me the drink mix was a 7 pack for 16 oz bottle water and it was only 6 bucks…i started using it yesterday as a matter of fact and i eat a full bar 30 minutes before lunch and when lunch rolls around i dont eat as much as i normally do and it just makes me feel good that i didnt eat two or three servings of what ever im eating and it works even better if u use the bar or pack and the drink together….I hope this helps and if u need help or more info or support dont even think twice about emailing me. do weight watchers on line. do the points program. follow it and you Will lose weight. I lost 60 pounds. Please Try it.

When you find a diet, you MUST STICK WITH IT. What follows are simply things that should help you, but remember: you must stick with the diet, and it will take a long time. It is not safe nor health to lose fifty pounds in a week; it will take longer. Even if it takes over a year to get to your optimum weight, it is perfectly possible.
Here is a routine that does not mention exercise. You will lose some weight, but can never lose all of it if you do not exercise. Exercise routines are more complicated, so I will not mention them here.
The number one rule: no junk foods! Period. And you must NEVER eat them. If you continue to "snack" it will only slow you down. So cut out the candy, fast food, potato chips, sodas, ect. And you must keep at it! If you stop in a month, any weight you have lost will come back.
Find substitutes for junk food. Instead of drinking sodas, drink flavored water, such as crystal light. Always check to see how many calories are on foods and drinks before you have them. Instead of eating candy, eat grapes and strawberries. Instead of ice cream, have yogurt. Instead of potato chips, eat carrots or apples.
To go further, cut out snacks altogether and stick with three meals per day, which consist only of healthy food. Portions are a whole other story, so I will not mention them here. In between meals, instead of eating, drink lots of water. Water will keep you full, and it is also vital to keep your body functioning normally.
That’s a diet in a nutshell. I highly suggest you find a diet trainer/coach to help you decide an eating routine in person. The internet is only so good at providing exactly what you need
Most important: STICK WITH THE PLAN until you’re done, then STAY WITH IT. Good luck

well, lifestyle changes are what you and everyone needs, not just a simple diet. Eat a lot of fiber rich foods (i like mini wheats in the morning, snacking on beets, and prunes..but i’m a little weird i guess), make sure to eat breakfast. lots of fruits, lots and lots of fruits and vegetables. And of course you should do enough movement so that you break a good sweat about twice a week at least to start losing some weight. My dad is also really heavy, and when he has time, he walks around our neighborhood, it turns out to be about a 3 mile walk. Cut out all soda’s and basically just drink hot tea (w/o milk) and water. As long as you speed up your metabolism (which can be anything from pushing your stomach in and out a bunch to jogging 4 miles) your body will respond and start loosing fat. If you don’t eat enough, your body will go into starvation mode and eat your muscles, not your fat. Starving yourself is basically preparing yourself to be bigger, so don’t bother.
