Can anyone help me put together a diet plan please ?
Im planning on starting to work out this summer to keep me occupied and to get me in a bigger, better shape.
I understand that I should be consuming around 5-6 meals a day spread out over 2-3 hours or something like that. Only problem is i don’t really have Diet put together. I would appreciate it if somebody could help me please. Some sort of run down from like 8.am onwards would help as i wake up around that time. I eat everything accept beef.
THANKS

you need a balanced breakfast of like 3 of the groups on the health pyramid.
snack betweeen breakfast and lunch.
healthy yummy, fulfillling lunch!
and snack again.
dinner-meat=quarter ofthe plate, veggies should take half the plate, and your carb like rice, potatoes, pasta on hte remaining 1/4 of plate. small handfull size desert like fruit or icecream
and find a good CONSISTENT time to exercise. and dont just keep this for the summer, look at the summer as this is your ‘training time’ like your training to know it all so you can continue for the rest of your life! email for more info!

start the morning with a healty breakfast. eggs not cooked in grease or fat is the best but if theres no time then a healty ceareal. always eat directly after working out, but since i dont know what time you work out i cant compile a full diet plan. just have snacks that are high in carbs and protein and fill you up without eating much, like yogurt or rice cakes. if you work out enough each day then fast food is not a problem because your burning all the calories you eat. pretty much eat when your hungry and make sure its good for you
and how can you not eat beef.
