Can someone help me to find a good and easy diet plan? please?

I am trying to loose weight need to loose 20 pound I am go to the gym like 3 days a week I give up rice or any kind of junk food, no soda, no sweet and I still don’t loose nothing I am very active person some advice?

ok 1st of all idk if ur young or middle age cos that makes a difference there. now if ur doing the rite thing by not eating sweets & all the other stuff u mentioned then sometimes it wont come off rite away but in a week or so get on that scale & u will be happy cos u should have lost at least 7-8 pds. & trust me thats very noticeable !!! thats great that u go to the gym but go on the threadmill for 1/2 hr a day its not along time either & it tells u how many calories u burnt up. now if i was u i would eat 2 meals a day like breakfast & supper. have cereal & 1 slice of dry tst with o.j. then for supper have chicken or fish with a veg. & half baked pot. nothing else after that & if ur staving at nite only have a piece of fruit or i drink propel water, flavored its great, i live on that ! good luck hon, u can do it but u must set ur mind to it !! once u set ur MIND to it u can do anything u just have to keep thinking i wanna look great & feel good & the end result will be so worth it cos i have been thru this & at the end when alls said & done ur gonna be so happy with urself & ur accomplishment !

    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
    after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
    your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
    you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
    cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your

    You don’t need to diet in order to lose weight. The key is to eat healthy, balanced meals. Consider a meal plan that consists mostly, if not entirely, of whole, unprocessed foods- whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. Also, its important to make sure you consume a lot of protein, especially since your a very active person, but in moderation.
