Can someone help me with a diet..?

I need help with coming up with a diet plan, I have tried no carbohydrates and making some of my wn Diets and none of them work. I was wondering if maybe a nutritionist or a trainer or anyone with diets that work could come up with one for me.

a year ago I was having problems with a good diet and had the same questions nutritionist vs trainer.
I hired a personal trainer and he gave me the following eating plan:
5 meals a day on average between 350-450 calories per meal following a 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat ratio.
It really is a great program and works well for me.
Good Luck.

Coming up with a diet is a very specific thing. It depends on where you are now, where you want to be at, and what you are doing in between. Carbs are good for you, but try to get low glycemic carbs mostly. Your meals need to be balanced, making sure you are getting all the nutrition you need. At any rate, avoid fast food and processed food. Eating fresh is always beneficial.

Why don’t you follow some proven-to-work exercises / diet routines? There are so many DVDs or ebooks lying around. Read one or watch a comprehensive DVD program and I think they will benefit you greatly!

Cheers and stay strong! I know losing weight can be tough!
