		<description>a year ago I was having problems with a good diet and had the same questions nutritionist vs trainer.
I hired a personal trainer and he gave me the following eating plan:
5 meals a day on average between 350-450 calories per meal following a 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat ratio.
It really is a great program and works well for me.
