Can someone please give me a diet plan that will help me lose weight quickly?
Hey everyone….. I have posted several times about how to lose baby weight quick and to lose 30 lbs fast, but I never have really gotten any diet help.
I am a new mommy trying to get her old body back. I was 125 pre pregnancy and I am now 135 lbs. I am the maid of honor in my best friends wedding in April and would really love to be down to 110lbs by then.
If you are a mom then you know how hard it can be to always make up meals and stuff so we just go straight for the easy microwavables.
I am soooo over this though, I do work out daily, but its my eating habits in which I have the problem. Its not so much that I eat bad, I just eat in waves. Sometimes I dont eat and sometimes I will eat too late and sometimes too much in a little time.
So I would love it if some one could please,and this is going to be a big thing and favor, write me out a daily Diet plan and one that really works. Something simple for me to follow.
I know this may sound like a real silly request, but look I cant do this on my own….lol…i am goin insane:)

I’m not a mom, but when I wanted to lose 20 pounds for vacation, I drank a TON of water. Water fills you up very quickly, and if it starts to get boring, get some Crystal Light packets, or Propel packets and mix that into a water bottle. It also helps a lot, and I read this in Fitness Mag., that if you drink a bottle of water before each meal, you will eat less. Also, just eat tiny meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. Get a lot of fiber as well, which keeps you satisfied. I like triscuits with like a little piece of colby jack cheese on it or something. Fills you up and is good for you.
