Can someone please help me with the best diet and exercise routine?

me and my friend are competing to who can get in shape the best in one month and right now im 6′3 210 and play basketball daily and i was just wondering what the best Diet plan and excersie routine would be for me. and if this helps i have wii fit. Thanks!!!
o yea i forgot we both aren’t going to gyms

Have cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch, meat or fish for dinner with veg little portions, work out an hour everyday you should lose 7pounds a week if you dint cheat lol good luck

    Consistency is the key if you want to have the best diet and exercise. As for me i have done lots of exercise, diets and videos and nothing seems to work. And then i found out that most of them are just next to nothing. But when i’m about to give up, my friend told me one that he’s been using. To my suprise it really work. At first i was hesitating but after a week i notice that somethings different. And after that i tried the exercise and also the recipe which is included. Now i can shave some fats even after work.
