Can someone recommend me a healthy diet?
I’m 18 and probably underweight (117 lbs). I’m not anorexic but I just never really eat. I eat one meal a day, usually dinner, and get really full really fast. Besides the dinner, which by the way is usually some kind of fast food, I literally don’t eat anything else throughout the day. I also drink a lot of soda, probably 4 or 5 cans a day. I just want some help finding a good Diet to get me eating and even healthier.
Eat 3 meals a day. For breakfast, eat some fruit. Lunch eat pretty much whatever as long as your active. Dinner eat light like a salad or something. Stay away from soda. Its not really good for you. Lets put it this way, if you cut yourself and your blood dried up on asphalt, you could use soda to clean it up… No telling what its doing to your insides.. Gatorade and juice tastes better too. Fast food isnt good for you either AND it can be expensive if you eat every day.

Yeah this is seriously unhealthy….
Best for you to get up and force yourself to eat something healthy for breakfast… This will jump start your day, and eating in the morning is a super important thing… Try to even just eat a bowl of cereal or something…
I can give you a ton of advice on getting healthy, but you will need to start eating even just small meals that aren’t take out.
