diet and exercise help?

my Diet is pretyt crappy, i eat crap and junk but yet for some reason im stick skinny and barely gain a pound unless i "pig out"
any ideas for better eating habbits?
and my body is weak, i would like some good exercise techniques please?

The key to lose weight and keep it is to detoxify your body first. When you have too much toxins, you can not go to your body to get the energy, and all your energy only came from the food you eat. That is why people exercise and feel hungry all the time and can not lose weight. There are some other things you can do to help, like eat every three hours. Is not what you eat, it is how you eat and how much you eat. You can eat almost anything, but avoid big meal, drink green tea, exercises 30 minutes daily. And most importantly go get massages for several months. If you can found somebody give you detoxification massage, detoxify foot bath, and detoxify food program in your area, you should be able to lose it and keep it.

    Join a fitness club or gym and start lifting the weights….5 best core lifts are bench press, incline, squating, deadlifting, and hangclining….if you dont no what they are look them up online you’ll see great results after a few months….but nothing works unless you do remeber that buddy!

    Try These

    1) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
    2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
    (low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
    3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
    you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
    4) Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt.
    5) Do an exercise that you like.

    I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and an hour brisk walk every weekday morning.
    And I am still at 108 lbs since I lost 31 lbs one year ago.
