Diet help —————?

Can a good diet be just eating fruits all day. Or do I have to eat some type of food in the day
Also what can a good Diet be—-it’s weird because everytime I eat even just a fruit my stomach turns like I’m fat –and I have a good body

    certain fruits are high in sugar, so yeah they’ll add up to fat. fruits like bananas, yeah.

    eat it in moderation. you need some form of protein. you have no protein at all. come on don’t be scared, nothing’s gonna go bad unless you start eating junk. or too much carbs after 5pm(assuming you’re not so active after 5pm)
