DIET HELp!!!?
Hey, I’ve been on a Diet and I’ve been doing really well although I have found it hard, when I’ve lost all the weight i wanted to loose, how much can i increase my daily calorie intake by, WITHOUT gaining weight????!!

you cant bythat much, living healthy, and keeping the weight off is a lystyle change, you cant yoyo or it will come right back, dont starve yourself, and its ok to indulge in things, jut replace it, if you have a slice of cake, run an extra lap and have one less handful of chips or whatever…good luck

It is not always about calories, but the quality of food. Run as fast as you can away from processed foods/carbs. They cause you to crave carbs and it becomes a physical craving because your blood sugar is rising and crashing throughout the day. Eat complex carbs, instead. Eat ALL you want of fresh (organic if possible) veggies and fruits. Exercise, drink lots of water. Good luck.
