Diet help? Please Help…?
Okay well when ever i go on a diet i always break after like the third day. And i beat my self up for it because I’m always so harsh on myself if i do something wrong. I’m motivated at first but then my cravings come in and at that moment it just doesn’t matter anymore then i over eat and break my diet. How do i always stay motivated? I tend to always get my cravings at night. Well anyways all the help will be appreciated Thank you
So you don’t go on a Diet..sets you up to fail.Why don’t you try to change a few of your bad
eating habits.You know make an effort to eat healthier for the rest of your life one day at a time.
Sounds like a plan.Right? You will have times when you’ll mess up Just start back the next day.
If you start to lose some of your weight that will help you stay motivated.Do you drink water?
You need to drink water to help your tummy feel full.not the flavored water-plain water.Set small
goals.Like 5 Lbs then another.Don’t beat yourself up when you mess up. Tomorrow is a new day.
Start fresh.Whatever your weight is–drink half of that in water.If you weigh 160.drink 80 ounces
of water through out your day.We all have to eat so we gotta make healthier choices.Good luck

i know this sounds weird but this is what i do to stay motivated. i put a bunch of pictures up in my bedroom of really obese women so that i am motivated to get off the computer and get some exercise. then i put pictures of skinny models on the fridge and pantry to help motivate me to eat less and healthier
i know it sounds weird, but it really does work

I had weight problems for years. In high school, like many girls, I could eat whatever I wanted and never gained an ounce. However, after having my children, my metabolism changed. I finally consulted a nutritionist who explained that portion control is the key. Depriving ourselves from anything only makes us want it more. Also, American portions are ridiculous compared to portions in other parts of the world. Take whatever it is you would normally eat and half it. Cut sweets out except for one day a week. On that one day, eat all the sweets you want - even if that’s all you eat for the day. Our bodies don’t store fat per 24 hours. It’s more like every 14 days. You’d be amazed at how much weight you lose. Also, I lost 20 lbs. just be cutting out all beverages but water for a month. Did you know a can of Coke has more grams of sugar in it than a butterfinger?

The key to weight loss is to find the reason that you are doing it. The second thing is to know your facts about foods and exercise before you even attempt. So many people go into weight loss programs blindly. I’m going to give you 7 foods here that will dramatically stop your food cravings. Another thing to note, after eating good filling foods for a period of a month the cravings for bad foods will suffice. It’s like a heroin addict going to rehab. Or along those guidelines anyway lol. I had same problem in the past. I do a lot of exercise but there was no result, well there was but not as I expected. Then I find one site that opened my eyes and point me in a different way. After few weeks I’ve seen great results…
