Diet Help! Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee help!?
Hey, I’m 100 pounds and I’m 5′0 ( short I know)
I wanna lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks & I have a Diet plan that I think might work, but I wanted to see if you think if it’s good for my four weeks.
Breakfast - Special K cereal bar
Lunch - Special K protein meal bar & water
Dinner - Fruit smoothie with bananas, frozen strawberries, & pineapple.
Extra - every Friday, Saturday, & Sunday I want to have Hershey’s hot chocolate every evening.
A whole bowl of popcorn with no butter and salt every Sunday.
Please fill free to tell me what to change.
You are at your ideal weight. Chill. When u are 5ft u should wiegh 100 lbs. For every inch after that add 5 lbs.

It might work… you should check out this site before picking food. It’s what I used to drop 20 pounds, and I have limited mobility and am temp. wheelchair bound, so it has some great tips!

lay off the frruit….too much sugar. lay off the hot chocolate too much sugar. lay off the popcorn….too high a carb count. go heavy on carrots, celery veggies veggies veggies….and no ranch dressing.
Tbhink like this…Fat is white. White food makes you fat..flour, sugar, vanilla ice cream, popcorn.
and 100 lbs at 5′ isnt that bad. Go for walks and convert the fat part to toned muscle. make the weight work for you.
