Diet Help plzzz!!!!!?
im 6′3 270 ibs i just graduated high school and played football all 4 yrs but i wanna go down to at least 225-230 n i need a little help if u can lend your advice i would appreciate it thank you
Don’t rush it or do anything drastic. Slow results are the best.
Eliminate as much sugar as you can.
Drink 12 oz of water 4 times a day.
No fried foods.
Cut back on salt.
No caffeine
Stick with white meats, fish, chicken, turkey.
Fill up on fresh fruit and vegetables.
Make either breakfast or lunch your largest meal.
If you want a sweet snack, eat an apple.
Go for a run at dusk on a track if possible. Swim frequently if you have pool access. Continue to do the exercises you did in high school for the football team.

Healthy weight loss is about a pound a week. To do this purely by calories you have to eat:
3200 calories for 22 weeks (5.5 mo)
Then…
3100 calories for 18 weeks (4.5 mo)
It will take nine maybe ten months depending on your activity level. I assumed it was moderate. If not this is not an accurate map. If you have a heavy activity level up the calories by 200-300. If you have a light activity level lower by 300-400 calories.
Again this is a estimation but try to base it on the one pound a week rule! :}
