		<description>when you think your hungry have a glass of water, this will kill the thought for a while.  eat small portions of low in fat, sugar, and calories.  I believe its not what you eat really its how much you eat.  and when you are eating, you should have a good breakfast, to keep you going all day.  Lunch should be quite small but filling.  and dinner should be medium sized, some fruit through out the day to keep your mind off eating throughout the day as a snack between meals.  And once you decide to workout, you will start seeing a huge difference in the way you feel and look, it will get easy to do from then on because you will have more self esteem and energy so good luck to you and best wishes .&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
