diet plan help i need to drop 35 pounds?

i need help on a Diet plan i need to drop 35 pounds fast and healty way.

this is what i had to eat today

one egg sandwich only the White parl and i had a banana about 9:30 and i i will be having caked chicken breast and veggies for lunch and a apple for snack and for dinner i was thinking a salad with no dressing.. any thing this sounds ok for a diet?
I have also signed up for Ballys and will have personal trainer.

Yah it sound pretty good, for your egg sandwich, make sure you use wheat bread. Also, you won’t get too far too quick without exercising. It really works if you make a chart with each day of the week and put a form of exercise under each day. You will loseeee if you do that.

    First raise your metabolism. Cant lose weight without doing that. Its easy if you have a plan to follow. Also stay away from quick weight loss products and diets.

    You need to eat more. Whole eggs are filled with omega-3 fats and are good for you. They also contain lecithin which is an emulsifier so it helps to break down the cholesterol. 1/2 the protein comes from the yolk also. Strive for 5 to 6 a week if you can. If you have high cholesterol check with your doc first but studies have shown that eggs don’t raise bad cholesterol as much as people say. They do raise good hdl though which will help you in the long run.

    Pine nuts, low fat dairy and goat cheese, even potatoes. Yes I said that. They have a resistant starch in them that burns belly fat.Almonds, fish lean poultry and red meat.

    You need a good life long eating plan where you can eat healthy and also eat the things you like. Fat loss takes time but it can be done relatively quickly. Just not too quick cause it can be harmful.
    Some people who have been overweight for a long time may have plaque build up in their arteries and if you crash diet it could cause blockage. At least that’s what I read from some of the fats weight loss studies I have seen.
