Diet/Fitness plan help?
So, I just bought a Schwinn Airdyne bike, and I need help with a Diet and exercise plan.
I’m 5′5, weigh 165, and want to lose 20 pounds. I don’t drink soda, or eat fast food.

i congratulate u 4 taking this step toward healthy ,perfect ,beautiful lifestyle ..n 2 share my expernice with u pls follow what i did so u get what u want !
Firstly ,u have 2 stop drinking all kinds of soft drinks ,and alcohol .cuz it contains so much sugar that will convert 2 fat by the digestion process .
u got to cut of fried food ,try steam ,BBQ food …u may add some Asian spices ,which will make the food taste like heaven ,n try 2 b creative in cooking ur food ,and the most important always verity so u dont get bored ..
secondly,the food that makes u loss calories: garlic ,onions ,green apple , ginger, Cauliflower cabbage ,and lettuce.
drinks that makes u loss weight :green tea 3 cups daily burn 70 calories ,the magical tea of Cinnamon and ginger before every meal will make u loose so much weight ..
thirdly ,is the carbohydrates which eventually turn into fats in the body ..be careful from bread,rice and soo much potatoes,i am not saying cut it at all ,but m asking u to decrease ur intake of carbohydrates and try to replace them by fibers 4 example ”cereals would be a great idea ”
last but not least ,is ur bike .try to start with 20 mins for 1 week ,then increase gradually …it will help
u so much to burn the fats ,it was such a wise idea that u bought it!

I use many different method to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I got this amazing method. It works amazing and I lost my weight fast after I got right method.
