Diet/Fitness/Help!!!!?

Ok, so this is the first time I am cutting down. Anways, I am trying to get my body fat percentage pretty low. But, I need to know how to fight CRAVINGS!!! ,My grandma cooks all the time and well she cooked today (Chicken and Dumplings!!!!) and ever since I even smelled it the CRAVINGS kicked in!! lol and its so hard…..What can I do to stop the cravings so i can stick to this cut? Thanks for your help

It really depends on how your mind works. If you think eating a tiny portion of whatever you’re craving will satisfy you, go for it. It’s better in the long run to satisfy your cravings as this will stop you pigging out later.
However, if you’re like me you aren’t satisfied with a little portion, do something to distract you from your cravings instead. For example, when my mum cooks lasagna sometimes I’ll go for a jog/go shopping/go out with friends/play video games - removing yourself from the situation or distracting yourself with something you find enjoyable will help you to forget about your cravings, and will make yourself feel better in the long run for sticking to your goals.
