Do Cayenne Fruit Pills help raise metabolism to lose weight?
I recently bought Cayenne Fruit pills to help with my diet and workout plan. I didn’t really do much research on it && saw that it’s just supposed to help raise metabolism. I would rather try something natural like this, versus trying diet pills. I don’t expect it to completely make me drop a lot of weight, but I’m hoping it will help with Dieting && exercise. And, if this isn’t the best choice, what pills or dietary supplements are?
Those things MAY raise your metabolism slightly but not enough to make much difference. Sorry, you’ve pretty much wasted your money.

Spices do raise the metabolism, but it may give you indigestion as well. Try for another alternative w/ good reviews.
