does doing a water diet help u lose weight?

do u think i can lose weight if i do this Diet ……how long should i keep it up for if i do it…plz w/b a.s.a.p.

    No! Starving your body will definitely not work! Quit drinking soda if you haven’t already. You’d be shocked how much weight it can pack on. Be smart about what you eat. Take walks, get on a bike, etc. Just watch the snack food and don’t be a couch potato and it’ll come off on its own. Just 1 can of soda a day packs on 10 pounds a year.

    If you eat healthier and add a ton of water to your diet it will definitely help you lose weight. it flushes out your system helping your metabolism.

    Eat a healthy diet, move a little more, and cut out the junk. Eat 3 well balanced meals and 2 snacks (of no more than 100 calories) per day.
