HELP! Diet and exercise plan?

i want i Diet and workout plan to lose belly fat and upper leg/thigh fat!!! please answer this and also if there is a good youtube person or website with workouts and meals but NO pills like just healthy meals and stuff

    Green tea cardio climb stairs also a green tea apples all tht good stuff.but stair climbs are really good also p90x workout sheets u can print them out off websites then go to the gym and do them
